Android & iOS alpha
From lab report and nutritionist plan to today’s targets
Log meals and body trends. Healthings turns that loop into daily numbers and meal decisions you confirm before they apply.

Your health data stays on your phone
Labs, meals, weight and glucose live on your device. Nothing reaches our server unless you choose it — sharing with a linked clinic, or turning on cloud backup. Neither is on until you switch it on, and you can end either at any time, which deletes what we hold. Read the privacy policy.
Healthings is a wellness app in alpha. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, and it does not replace your clinician.
One system, not four apps
Charts tell you what happened. Healthings tells you what to do next.
What people use today
- Glucose app — curve, no meal plan
- Scale app — weight, no macro targets
- Food app — calories, no lab context
- Lab report — PDF in email
- Nutritionist plan — not in the app
HEALTHINGS.AI
- Lab reports → daily targets
- Nutritionist rules → built-in macros
- Learns your body from food & trends
- Meal decisions — you confirm changes
- Weekly review + optional devices
How it works

Share weekly brief with your nutritionist
With a licensed nutritionist: full metabolic brief between visits, not screenshots. Solo: same loop without a linked clinic.
Why trust it with your labs
I’m Raviv Shweid, and I built Healthings for myself first. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol, and the private program meant to fix it quoted me $3,000 — too much for a plan I would read once and file away. So I built the version that runs every day instead: home devices measure the body, my labs and my nutritionist’s plan set the limits, and one number each day says what to eat.
My own labs, 13 days apart: total cholesterol 225.6 → 173.1 mg/dL, LDL 170 → 118.5. Total is inside the general adult target of 200; LDL is not at 100 yet. No medication changed in that window — only what I ate. One person’s result, not a clinical study, and not medical advice.
Who it’s for
- Weight, lipids, glucose, or body composition — you track between visits
- Labs and nutritionist reports drive what you eat
- You want daily decisions, not another dashboard
- Nutritionists who want one place for client progress
